Yes. All officers hold a Security Industry Authority (SIA) license. They also receive ongoing CPD-accredited training specific to their roles.
As well as being SIA-trained, all officers are vetted in accordance with BS7858 standards. They’ll always carry out their duties with diligence and respect for your staff, assets and property.
We can offer both licensed and unlicensed receptionists. If you need them to carry out any type of security duty, we will provide you with an SIA-licensed receptionist who is fully trained and qualified to do so.

Yes. That’s fine with us.
Not at all. It’s a flexible service. While we can provide full-time staff if you need them. Alternatively, they can be hired for a single event, for covering holidays or periods of absence, occasionally as and when, or for particular days of the week. It’s entirely up to you.
If the situation requires a blue light response, yes they will. What’s more, because the callout has come from an accredited security company, the emergency response can be faster. They know it’s a genuine emergency, not a false alarm.
