CSG looks after 9 buildings at our estate here in London. Their mobile patrol team attends hourly throughout the night, using the latest QR mobile system to always keep us in the loop. They also monitor our CCTV 24/7, and the panic alarm buttons under each receptionist’s desk.

They have the right people in the right place at the right time. If there’s an incident out of hours, I am immediately informed by the control room. They email me the date and time of the incident, their actions and the outcome, so I have full knowledge of what to expect when I return the next day.

CSG provides a highly motivated and professional onsite security team to cover 24/7/365 onsite attendance, visibility and response. The onsite team is supported by an excellent management team. They visit regularly and seek operational improvement feedback which they act upon.

They have also given us professional advice and a development plan for CCTV. The site is undergoing major redevelopment, which brings its own challenges. Their early advice has allowed civil works for this development, including ducting, to support robust long-term CCTV reprovision.
